About Us
Connecting coffee craft with opportunity
BaristaCV was built to bridge the gap between talented baristas and the cafés that need them. We believe every barista deserves a platform to showcase their craft, and every café deserves access to skilled, verified professionals.
Community first
We're built for the coffee community — baristas and cafés supporting each other.
Quality verified
Every profile is reviewed to ensure authenticity and professionalism.
Craft celebrated
We honor the artistry of coffee — from extraction to latte art.
Local focus
We connect local talent with local businesses, strengthening communities.
Our mission
To create the most trusted marketplace for coffee professionals — where baristas can build a beautiful CV, find great jobs, and grow their careers, and where cafés can discover talent that shares their passion for quality.
